First-time withdrawals/no saved addresses
You’ll need to add an address before you can withdraw crypto. Here’s how: How to create a Wallet Address – Pepperstone
If you don’t have 2FA enabled:
- You’ll be prompted to enable 2FA before you can proceed with your withdrawal.
- To set up a 2FA authenticator app, follow these steps.
Follow the steps below to withdraw crypto to a verified personal wallet address.
Step 1: Go to Wallet
- Log into your Pepperstone Crypto account
- Click the wallet icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select your cryptocurrency
- Choose cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (example ETH) and and click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the token
- Click on Withdraw ETH
Step 3: Select the network
- Select the network you want to use for the withdrawal.
- Make sure the network matches the network supported by your personal wallet address.
Step 4: Enter your withdrawal details
- Select your personal wallet address from the dropdown list.
- This should be the personal wallet address you previously added to your Address Book.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then click Next.
Step 5: Review and confirm your withdrawal
- Review the recipient address and crypto amount carefully.
- Once you have confirmed that the details are correct, click Confirm.
Step 6: Authorise your withdrawal
- Authorise the withdrawal using the following verification methods in this order:
- Authenticator App
Once you’ve successfully entered your authenticator code, a green tick will appear next to it.
2. Email OTP
Once you’ve successfully entered your email OTP code, a green tick will appear next to it.
3. SMS OTP
Make sure you complete each step in the order shown above.
Step 7: Complete the self-declaration
- You will be prompted to complete a self-declaration.
- Review the information carefully, then tick the checkbox to confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and truthful.
- Click Next.
Step 8: View your withdrawal details
- You will see a "Verifying Withdrawal" prompt.
- Click View Details to view the status of your withdrawal.
Step 9: Check your withdrawal status
- Review the withdrawal status shown in the withdrawal details.
- The status will change to Completed once the withdrawal has received the minimum required blockchain confirmations and the internal review has been completed.
