First-time withdrawals/no saved addresses
You’ll need to add an address before you can withdraw crypto. Here’s how:
If you don’t have 2FA enabled:
- You’ll be prompted to enable 2FA before you can proceed with your withdrawal.
- To set up a 2FA authenticator app, follow these steps.
If you do have 2FA enabled:
- Go to ‘wallet’ > ‘withdraw’ and choose your asset.
- Select ‘add address’.
- Enter the details:
- Crypto
- Network
- Name (to label and recognise the address)
- Address
- Tag/memo (if required)
- Authorise your deposit address using an email OTP, SMS OTP and an authenticator code
- Click ‘submit’ to add your new deposit address.
Once approved, you’ll return to the withdrawal screen to continue.
Withdrawing when you already have saved addresses
- Go to ‘wallet’ > ‘withdraw’ and choose your asset.
- Select an address from your address book.
- Choose the network, enter the amount and select withdraw.
- Slide to confirm your withdrawal.
- To complete your withdrawal, authorise using:
- Email OTP, SMS OTP and an authenticator code (2FA)
6. Click ‘submit’ to see your withdrawal details.
