1. What is changing?

EPIC will be removed from our platform and will no longer be available through our services, including Convert.

2. Can I still buy, sell or convert EPIC?

No. Buying EPIC has already been disabled, and EPIC will no longer be available for conversion or other supported services following the delisting.

3. Can I deposit or withdraw EPIC?

EPIC deposits and withdrawals are not supported on our platform.

4. Do I need to take any action?

If you currently hold EPIC, you will need to convert your remaining balance to AUD before the delisting takes effect. EPIC cannot be withdrawn to an external wallet.
