Date: Friday, 23 October 2026 - Saturday, 24 October 2026
Time: 09:00 PM Friday - 12:00 PM Saturday AEDT

During this maintenance window, some services will be temporarily unavailable.  

❌ What will be affected? 

• You will not be able to log in, and your account balance may not be visible until maintenance is complete.
• All open orders will be automatically cancelled before the maintenance window begins. 
• Trading and conversions will be unavailable. 
• Crypto and fiat deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable.  

What do I need to do? 

To minimise disruption, we recommend that you: 

• Cancel any open orders before the maintenance window.  
• Complete any pending deposits or withdrawals before the scheduled start time.  
• Avoid placing new orders shortly before maintenance begins.  

Will my account or funds be affected? 

No. Your account, balance, verification (KYC) status, and personal information will be securely carried over as part of the upgrade. No action is required from you.  

How can I obtain my transaction history? 

If you require a copy of your transaction history – including spot trades, conversions, crypto transfers, and fiat transfers – contact support@pcrypto.com, and we'll provide it in CSV or Excel format.
