1.9. “Qualifying Balance” has the meaning given in clause 5.

1.10. “Qualifying Period” means, in relation to a Reward Cycle, the 30 consecutive days ending on the last day of that Reward Cycle, by reference to which a Client's Qualifying Balance for that Reward Cycle is determined, as set out in clause 5.

2. Offeror

This Campaign is offered by Pepperstone Crypto.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs during the Campaign Period referred to in clause 1, subject to any variation, suspension, withdrawal or cancellation under clause 7.

4. Eligibility

4.1. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, a Client must:

1. hold a Pepperstone Crypto Account that is open and not suspended or otherwise restricted by us;
2. have successfully completed all applicable identity verification and onboarding requirements (including KYC checks) applicable to that Pepperstone Crypto Account; and
3. hold a Qualifying Balance of the relevant Eligible Digital Asset for the Qualifying Period of a relevant Reward Cycle, as set out in clause 5.

4.2.    The Campaign is available to all Clients who satisfy the above requirements.
4.3.    Employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and related entities of ours may be excluded from participating in the Campaign at our discretion.

5. Qualifying Balance

5.1. A Client’s “Qualifying Balance” for a Reward Cycle means the average daily quantity of an Eligible Digital Asset held in the Client's Pepperstone Crypto Account over the Qualifying Period, determined by reference to daily balance snapshots (each a “Snapshot”), which are final and binding, subject to clause 7(e), provided that:

1. the Client's Pepperstone Crypto Account holds a balance of the relevant Eligible Digital Asset greater than nil on each day of the Qualifying Period; and
2. the resulting average daily quantity falls within the Reward Tier for the relevant Eligible Digital Asset, as set out in Schedule 1; and
3. the Qualifying Balance shall be determined on a single-Pepperstone Crypto Account basis and a single-Eligible Digital Asset basis. Where a Client holds multiple Pepperstone Crypto Accounts, and/or more than one type of Eligible Digital Asset, the Qualifying Balance shall not be determined on an aggregate basis.

5.2. A Client's Reward Tier for a Reward Cycle is determined by the Qualifying Balance held throughout the Qualifying Period, and not by reference to any single Snapshot or point-in-time balance.
5.3.    Because a Client's Qualifying Balance is an average over the 30-day Qualifying Period, Eligible Digital Assets deposited during a Reward Cycle are included in that average only for the days on which they are actually held.

6. Balance Rewards

6.1. Nature of the Balance Reward

The Balance Reward is a discretionary marketing benefit, and not interest, yield or a return on a Client's digital assets. Specifically:

1. the amount of the Balance Reward is determined solely by the whole-number Reward Tier applicable to a Client's Qualifying Balance, and is not scaled by, or calculated by reference to, the market price or value of the Eligible Digital Asset held;
2. we do not stake, lend, invest, deploy, or otherwise use a Client's digital assets to generate the Balance Reward, and Eligible Digital Assets held for the purposes of this Campaign remain held on a custodial basis and in line with clauses 8 and 9 of our Terms and Conditions;
3. the Balance Reward is not derived from, or dependent on, any yield, return or income generated on any Clients' assets; and
4. there is no connection between the amount or funding of the Balance Reward and the quantity or value of the Eligible Digital Asset a Client holds, except for determining which Reward Tier (if any) applies.

6.2. Amount

A Client who has a Qualifying Balance for a Reward Cycle will be paid the Balance Reward corresponding to their Reward Tier, as set out in Schedule 1.

6.3. Payment

The Balance Reward for a Reward Cycle will be paid in the same Eligible Digital Asset by reference to which the Client’s Qualifying Balance for that Reward Cycle was determined, within 14 days of the end of the relevant Qualifying Period, credited to the Client's Pepperstone Crypto Account.

7.1. We reserve the right to:

9.2. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Client Agreement. If there is any inconsistency, the Client Agreement prevails except to the extent these Terms and Conditions expressly state otherwise.

9.3. This Campaign cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, discount, or campaign unless we state otherwise in writing.

9.4. Our records and calculations relating to the Campaign are final and binding, acting reasonably.
