When you make a crypto deposit from a personal wallet, you may be asked to provide additional information to confirm that the wallet belongs to you. This is part of our Travel Rule requirements.

Step 1: Select your deposited cryptocurrency

• Log in to your Pepperstone Crypto account via the website.
• Find the cryptocurrency you deposited, such as BTC, and click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the token.

Step 2: Select "Deposit BTC"

• Select Deposit BTC

Step 3: Verify your pending deposit

• Locate your pending deposit and click Verify on the right.

Step 4: Provide the required information

• You will see a "We need more information" prompt.
• Select Personal wallet.

Step 5: Review the self-declaration

• Review the self-declaration carefully to make sure the information provided is correct.

Step 6: Confirm and submit

• Once you have reviewed the self-declaration, tick the checkbox to confirm that the information you have provided is correct, then click Submit.

Step 7: Verification

• We will verify the information provided as part of our Travel Rule checks.

Step 8: Deposit credited

• Once the required checks have been completed successfully, your crypto deposit will be credited to your Pepperstone Crypto account shortly.
