Pepperoni Rush — Offer Terms & Conditions

In these Offer Terms:

• "Offer" means the Pepperoni Rush Giveaway, which is offered to you under these Offer Terms;
• "Offer Terms" means these Offer Terms;
• "Pepperstone Crypto", "we", "us" or "our" means Pepperstone Crypto, an AUSTRAC-registered digital currency exchange operating under the Pepperstone Group;
• "Giveaway Period" means the period from 22 May 2026 to 25 May 2026, both days inclusive;
• "Eligible Participant" has the meaning given in Clause 2 of these Offer Terms;
• "Prize" means A$100 worth of Bitcoin (BTC), credited to the winner’s active Pepperstone Crypto trading account. The BTC amount is calculated based on the market price at the time of purchase by Pepperstone Crypto;
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, required under applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws; and
• "You", "your" or "yours" means you, if you meet the criteria of an Eligible Participant under Clause 2 of these Offer Terms.

1. The Offer

1.1. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Offer Terms.

1.2. The Offer is available exclusively during the Giveaway Period from 22 May 2026 to 25 May 2026 (23:59 AEST), both days inclusive.

1.3. A total of five (5) winners will be selected at random at the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

1.4. Each winner will receive a Prize of A$100 worth of Bitcoin (BTC), credited to their active Pepperstone Crypto trading account.

1.5. The BTC amount awarded is subject to the market price of Bitcoin at the time of purchase by Pepperstone Crypto.

1.6. The purchase price of BTC will be determined solely at Pepperstone Crypto’s discretion.

1.7. This Offer is open to residents of Australia only.

1.8. This Offer can only be claimed once per participant during the Giveaway Period. If a participant is selected as a winner, they will be excluded from further draws during the Giveaway Period.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You are an Eligible Participant if you satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are a resident of Australia;
• You hold an active Pepperstone Crypto trading account, have successfully completed KYC verification and are able to retrieve a BTC deposit address on Pepperstone Crypto if you are chosen as a winner for this Offer;
• Your X (Twitter) account must be set to public at the time of entry and remain public for the duration of the Giveaway Period and verification process; and
• You have completed all required entry actions as set out in Clause 3 of these Offer Terms during the Giveaway Period.

2.2. Pepperstone Crypto employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Offer.

2.3. Pepperstone Crypto reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. To enter the Offer via X (Twitter), participants must complete all of the following actions during the Giveaway Period:

• Follow the official @PepperstoneX account on X;
• Ensure your X account is set to public at the time of entry and remain public for the duration of the Giveaway Period and verification process;
• Count the number of pepperonis on the pizza featured in the official giveaway post and comment your answer, tagging @PepperstoneX;
• Include the following hashtags in the comments: #PepperstoneCrypto and #Giveaway.

3.2. Participants must also hold an active Pepperstone Crypto trading account and have successfully passed KYC verification to be eligible for Prize distribution.

3.3. Late, incomplete, or invalid entries may be disqualified at Pepperstone Crypto’s absolute discretion.

3.4. Each participant may submit only one (1) entry per the Giveaway Period.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. A total of five (5) winners will be randomly selected by Pepperstone Crypto from all verified and eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

4.2. Winner selection will take place following the close of the Giveaway Period, with winners announced on 29 May 2026.

4.3. Winners will be notified via direct message on X, using only the official Pepperstone Crypto social media accounts.

4.4. Each participant is eligible to win only once per Giveaway Period.

4.5. Pepperstone Crypto’s decision in respect of all matters relating to winner selection is final and binding.

5. Prize Distribution

5.1. On 29 May 2026, Pepperstone Crypto will contact the selected winners via direct message on X from the official Pepperstone Crypto account.

5.2. Winners must respond to their direct message within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the message is sent. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Pepperstone Crypto reserves the right to select an alternate recipient at its absolute discretion.

5.3. To receive the Prize, winners must provide the following details to Pepperstone Crypto:

• The email address linked to their active Pepperstone Crypto trading account; and
• Their Pepperstone Crypto Account ID.

5.4. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s active Pepperstone Crypto trading account within three (3) business working days from the date the winner provides the required details to Pepperstone Crypto.

5.5. Winners are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information. Pepperstone Crypto will not be liable if the Prize is not received due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner.

5.6. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services, and may not be transferred to another person or trading account.

6. General

6.1. You must participate in this Offer in good faith. Pepperstone Crypto reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to withhold any Prize awarded to you, exclude you from the Offer and/or suspend or permanently terminate your trading account access, if you:

• breach any of these Offer Terms;
• engage in any actual or suspected abuse of this Offer; or
• Pepperstone Crypto has reason to suspect that you have acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage under this Offer.

6.2. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pepperstone Crypto promotion.

6.3. Pepperstone Crypto reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw this Offer at any time at its sole discretion, subject to any applicable regulatory obligations. If the Offer is withdrawn, Pepperstone Crypto will still honour any Prize for winners selected prior to the withdrawal, provided that all Offer Terms are satisfied.

6.4. You acknowledge and agree that this Offer is not an inducement to trade and Pepperstone Crypto will not be liable for any trading losses incurred by you in connection with this Offer or your trading activity.

6.5. You acknowledge and agree that the opening of a Pepperstone Crypto trading account is subject to relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks under applicable laws.

6.6. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this Offer does not make you an agent or representative of Pepperstone Crypto.

6.7. This Offer is not open to residents of any jurisdiction where participating in this Offer would be contrary to local laws and regulations.

6.8. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence that may apply to:

• your participation in this Offer; and/or
• your operation of a Pepperstone Crypto trading account.

6.10. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
