Are there any fees for AUD withdrawals?

No, withdrawals are free. However, please check with your bank, as some banks may impose their own fees.

How long do withdrawals take?

• We process withdrawals instantly 24/7, but your bank may take additional time to release the funds.
• You must withdraw funds to a bank account in your name

Are there any requirements when withdrawing AUD?

Yes. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account that is registered in your name and the name must match exactly with the name on your Pepperstone Crypto account.

Withdrawals to third-party or mismatched accounts are not supported.

How to withdraw AUD

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select ‘withdraw’.
3. Choose AUD.
4. Select ‘bank transfer’ (only available method).
5. Choose an existing bank account or add a new one.
6. Enter the amount and click ‘withdraw’.
7. Slide to confirm your withdrawal.
8. To complete your withdrawal, you’ll need to authorise it using:
9. Email OTP and an authenticator code

If you don’t have an authenticator app set up, you can authorise using email OTP and SMS OTP instead.

Adding a bank account for withdrawals

How is my bank account added?

Your bank account is automatically added after your first successful AUD deposit.

What if my bank account doesn’t appear?

You can add it manually.

Can I withdraw AUD to a different bank account?

Yes, you can withdraw to a different bank account as long as it is registered in your name and has been added and verified on your profile.

If the bank account has not been added yet, you will need to add it first by following the steps in “How to add a bank account manually.”

Once submitted, please upload a valid bank statement for verification. Our team will review the details and you’ll be notified once the review is complete.

How to add a bank account manually

1. Click ‘add account’ on the withdrawal page.
2. Provide the following details:
   • Currency (AUD)
   • Bank name
   • Account name
   • BSB
   • Account number
   • Upload a bank statement
   • To complete your withdrawal, you’ll need to authorise it using:
     • Email OTP and an authenticator code

If you don’t have an authenticator app set up, you can authorise using Email OTP and SMS OTP instead.

Bank statement requirements:

• PDF, PNG or JPEG files only with a max size of 10MB
• Issued within the last 3 months
• Shows your full account name (must match your Pepperstone Crypto account name)
• Shows an account identifier (account number, SWIFT, or IBAN)
• Shows the bank name
