Start by checking these common issues and solutions:
- Marked as spam: Check your spam/junk folder. If that’s where we’ve landed, make sure you mark our email as safe so future messages don’t suffer the same fate!
- Logged out of email: Make sure you’re logged into the email address registered to your Pepperstone Crypto account. If you’ve been signed out, log in again and refresh your email.
- Incorrect email address: Typos happen. Double-check you've entered your email address correctly.
- Email delays: Sometimes email providers are just slow to deliver. If you haven’t received the email after a few minutes, try resending the code.
- Email blocklists: Your email service provider may be blocking our messages, mistakenly thinking we’re not a genuine sender. Make sure you add our email domain (@pcrypto.com) to your whitelist or contact your email provider.
- Full mailbox: If your inbox is full, there may not be room for our emails. Free up some space and try again.
- Unusual email domain: If possible we recommend creating your Pepperstone Crypto account using an email address from a common domain, like Gmail or Outlook.
