Start by checking these common issues and solutions:

• Network signal: Does your phone have a strong enough signal to receive messages? 
• Incorrect phone number: Double check that you’ve entered your phone number correctly, including the country code.
• SMS blocking: Some mobile providers and apps may block messages from short SMS numbers like ours. Try disabling any anti-virus, firewall, and/or call blocker apps on your phone and check with your provider.
• Do not disturb mode: Having DND on may prevent SMS alerts from showing.
• SIM card issues: Try restarting your phone or reinserting your SIM card.
