General notes

• You’ll need to ensure you’ve completed your identity verification before you can deposit crypto funds into your account. 
• Only send assets using the supported network shown on the deposit page. If you send assets via an unsupported network, the funds will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
• Cryptocurrencies that require a tag or memo, you’ll need to include the tag/memo shown on the deposit page. Without it, your deposit may not be credited into your account. Always check whether a tag or memo is required before sending.
• Check the minimum deposit amount before sending. Amounts below the minimum may not be credited into your account.

How to deposit crypto

1. Log into your Pepperstone Crypto account.
2. Click the wallet icon in the top-right corner.
3. Choose cryptocurrency you want to deposit (example ETH) and and click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the token 
4. Click on Deposit ETH
5. Select the right Network
6. A unique deposit address (and tag/memo if required) will be displayed. Copy the address.
7. Send the funds from your external wallet or exchange to the provided address. To avoid the risk of losing your funds, please ensure you use the exact same network you selected on the deposit page.
8. Once the block confirmations are complete and any checks passed, the deposit will be credited to your account and shown in your wallet.

What you’ll see in the app/web:

• Pending: Your transaction is in progress and awaiting verification or confirmation.
• Complete: Your deposit has been accepted and is now available in your account.
• Rejected: Your deposit has been rejected. The reason for the rejection will be indicated in the email, web, and app notification. Please check these channels for more details and contact support if you need any help.

My deposit is below the minimum amount. What will happen? 

• If your deposit is below the minimum amount required, it will be treated as a small or dust deposit and will not be credited to your account. This is because the amount is too low for the network and platform to process.
