How to change your password on the website
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Go to the Pepperstone Crypto login page and click Forgot password?
Step 2: Enter your Email Address
Enter the email address you used to create your account, then click Submit.
Step 3: Check your Email inbox
You’ll see a confirmation prompt stating that a password reset link has been sent to your email address.
Step 4: Open the Password Reset link
Check your email inbox and click the password reset link.
Step 5: Verify your identity
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
If you haven’t enabled 2FA, you’ll receive an SMS OTP instead.
Step 6: Create a New Password
Enter your new password. Make sure it meets the following requirements:
At least 12 characters long.
Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters.
Includes at least one number.
Includes at least one special character, such as #$!?().
Step 7: Confirm your New Password
Click Submit to complete the password reset.
You can now log in to your Pepperstone Crypto account using your new password.
For security reasons, crypto withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for 48 hours after resetting your password.
